Amber color. It presents a complex bouquet with notes of acacia honey and spices, figs, and pears. On the palate, it is smooth, harmonious, and persistent, with hints of dried fruit and a licorice finish.
As per tradition, our Vin Santo spends a minimum of 10 years in small French oak barrels, but ours is always released after 13 years.
