Palazzo Vecchio Winery is situated in Valiano, between Montepulciano and Cortona, in one of the most untouched zones of Tuscany. The estate unites the charm of the countrywise, the story of the wine, the winery space and the hospitality of the family who live here.

A wine wedding experience between Montepulciano and Cortona

The wine is the most central part of our identity. During the wedding, your guests will be able to experience Palazzo Vecchio Winery through our wine tastings, tours of our cellar, the story of our estate and our deep connection to the land and surrounding countrywide. From the Rosso di Montepulciano to the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, every glass becomes part of the magic of your big day. 

The reception can be built around the style of the couple: you may opt for a symbolic ceremony amongst the vines, an aperitivo at sunset, an open-air dinner in our garden, a party with music and lights, or a long weekend with tours, wine tastings, picnics on the estate grounds, and special moments dedicated to guests arriving from all over italy and/or abroad.

Large Moroccan tent for events of up to 150 people 

For larger events, Palazzo Vecchio Winery provides a large moroccan-style tent, situated amongst the green of the estates garden. The tent is elegant, bright and perfectly integrated into the landscape, capable of accomodating up to 150 people - perfect for weddings, receptions, private dinners, aperitivi, parties and other private events in our vineyard. 

The tent allows you to live the authentic Tuscan countryside in maximum comfort, whilst still maintaining the charm of the scenery outdoors. It is a picturesque solution for those who desire a wedding outdoors without sacrificing a safer, more structured organisation. 

Ceremony, aperitivo, dinner and party!

Every wedding at Palazzo Vecchio can be seen as a journey. Guests arrive at the estate, discover the landscape, live in the moment of the ceremony, toast with our cellar's wines and come together under the lights, surrounded by vineyard and by the quiet of the countryside.

Before and after the wedding

A wedding in Tuscany can become an experience which lasts for longer than just the big day. Upon request, it is possible to organise events both before and after the day itself, including a welcome dinner, tours of the property, wine tastings in our cantina, picnics in the vineyard, a post-wedding day brunch, or a beautiful Sunset Vineyard style party overlooking the Val di Chiana.
